About Muneer Welfare Trust

On Jan 10th 2010 Muneer Welfare Trust was founded by Dr. Muneer Burgri, who is a medical practitioner in Badin (a district of Sindh, Pakistan). Dr. Muneer Burgri has been serving in both public and private sector for decades in different areas of Badin District.
During his practice Dr. Muneer Burgri observed the poor socioeconomically condition of the native people in Badin and adjacent areas, especially the elderly people suffer the most due to lack of attention by their descendants. These elderly people most likely have lost not only their strength to fight for survival but also they have lost their belief in themselves, they face that the hardest thing to find is the support at this age when they can not offer anything in returns.

Having observed and felt the gravity of this grievous situation, Dr. Muneer Burgri Decided to take the responsibility.  The Mission of Muneer Welfare Trust is to support the deprived, ignored and unattended people especially the older ones. Muneer Welfare Trust has planned to build “SHELTER HOMES” for these people, along with them victims of injustice and natural disaster will also get accommodation for time being.

A SUPPORT BANK is also under consideration which will assist These elderly and victimized people financially.

An AMBULANCE services is going to start in April 2010.
